Happiness in Hitachi
In May Ibaraki's fist authentic Irish pub opened and is proving to be a great success with locals and visitors alike. Located at the exit of Katsuta station Doyle's is certain to be a hit with the locals at the Hitachi factory for a few pints after a hard day at the office and some home cooked Irish style meals to complement them.

Akasaka Twins
June and July have seen two new Irish Pubs open in the Akasaka area; The second pub in the Finn McCool's chain located close to Tameike Sanno Station and The Liffey just beside the Akasaka 5 Chome Police Box. Ideal for a mini pub crawl!

August sees the opening of a new Irish pub in Motosumiyoshi that has an Australian flavour to it too. Located just 5 minutes from the station M Bar K is a perfect place for a pint and a pie and has a neat little outdoor terrace.
